We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
Some services are currently in a testing or beta phase. Features may change without notice during this period.
Certain features of our platforms require you to create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information and keep it updated. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback to us, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
You retain ownership of content you submit to our platforms (e.g. gig listings, reviews, profile information). By submitting content, you grant Cosbyte a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the platform.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any third party's rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.
Where our platforms involve payments (including GigShip), the following applies:
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through our platforms.
As we are in an early stage of product development, some features may be incomplete, subject to change, or temporarily unavailable.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
If you are accessing our services from outside Ghana, you do so voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered users by email where practicable.
