We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Frontend Developer to join our engineering team. You will be at the forefront of bringing Cosbyte‘s innovative platforms to life, starting with GigShip, by crafting intuitive, responsive, and delightful user experiences. This pivotal role requires a blend of cutting-edge technical expertise and a keen eye for design, working intimately with our Product/UX Designer to transform visions into seamless, high-performance digital realities that users love.

What You’ll Do
- Develop responsive, high-performance, and scalable user interfaces for Cosbyte‘s web and mobile applications using modern frontend technologies.
- Collaborate closely with the Product/UX Designer to translate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into pixel-perfect, high-quality code.
- Work in tandem with the Backend Developer to seamlessly integrate frontend components with robust APIs, ensuring efficient data flow and functionality.
- Champion cross-browser compatibility, accessibility standards (WCAG), and optimal performance across a diverse range of devices and screen sizes.
- Implement engaging interactive features, fluid animations, and smooth transitions that enhance the overall user journey and product delight.
- Write clean, modular, and reusable code, adhering to rigorous best practices, coding standards, and contributing actively to code reviews.
- Actively participate in design reviews, offering valuable technical insights to continuously improve user experience and product usability.
- Rigorously debug and troubleshoot frontend issues, ensuring a smooth, bug-free, and delightful experience for all users.
- Stay perpetually up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, advocating for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Expertise: 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex, user-facing web and mobile applications.
- Deep Proficiency: Expert-level command of HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like Sass/Less), and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Framework Mastery: Strong proficiency in at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular). React experience is highly preferred.
- Responsive Design Authority: Deep understanding of responsive design principles, mobile-first development, and performance optimization techniques.
- Version Control: Highly proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows (e.g., pull requests, branching strategies).
- Exceptional Problem-Solver: Possesses a keen analytical mind, capable of implementing complex UI logic and identifying subtle design and performance issues with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborative Spirit: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
