What You’ll Do
- Design and implement backend logic for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain APIs to connect frontend applications with backend systems.
- Work with databases (relational and non-relational) to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in at least one backend language/framework (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, PHP/Laravel, or Java/Spring).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and API design principles.
- Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or others.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
- Knowledge of version control tools like Git/GitHub.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Basic knowledge of containerization and tools like Docker.
- Interest in DevOps practices.
