Lead the end-to-end user experience (UX) design process, from comprehensive user research and strategic ideation to iterative prototyping and rigorous usability testing.
Conduct in-depth user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, ethnographic studies) to deeply understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of diverse users within the African context.
Translate complex user research insights and ambitious business requirements into clear user flows, detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile interfaces.

This is a critical role for a strategic builder eager to rapidly scale our user base, establish a powerful market presence, and foster vibrant communities for Cosbyte's diverse solutions, starting with GigShip. You will be directly responsible for identifying, testing, and optimizing growth channels, nurturing our early adopters, and translating market insights into actionable strategies that directly drive our mission to impact lives through technology.

Design, implement, and rigorously execute innovative, cost-effective growth strategies across the entire user funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, referral) for Cosbyte’s platforms, starting with GigShip.
Identify, test, and optimize various user acquisition channels, including digital advertising (e.g., social media, search), content marketing, SEO, ASO, product-led growth initiatives, and viral loops.
Conduct in-depth analysis of growth metrics and user data to identify trends, pinpoint opportunities for optimization, and provide critical insights to inform product development and business strategy.

Partnerships / Business Development & Operations Lead (Full-Time)

We are seeking an exceptionally strategic, results-driven, and highly organized Partnerships / Business Development & Operations Lead to join our team. This is a pivotal hybrid role for a professional eager to drive the expansive growth of Cosbyte's solutions, starting with our GigShip platform, by forging high-impact strategic alliances. Simultaneously, you will provide essential operational enablement and administrative support to our lean, fast-paced founding team. You will be instrumental in expanding our market reach, driving adoption of our diverse platforms, and ensuring operational efficiency as we scale our impact across Africa.

Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships with key organizations, businesses, educational institutions, government bodies, and industry leaders across Ghana and, subsequently, other African markets.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis, utilizing data to inform partnership strategies and identify new opportunities for Cosbyte‘s growth across various sectors.
Collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to leverage partner feedback, identify new platform features, and ensure seamless user experiences.
Provide essential operational and administrative assistance to the founding team, including managing complex calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings (often across time zones), and preparing high-stakes presentations and key documents.
Oversee general office coordination for our hybrid team model, managing supplies, basic facilities’ needs, and optimizing virtual and physical work environments to ensure maximum productivity.
